About
I believe that every individual can recover from negative experiences and have the innate ability to heal. I help clients recognize their inner strengths and persevere. I use an eclectic array of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Client Centered, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoanalysis, tailored to each client's needs. I strongly believe in the importance of patience in the therapeutic process and encourage clients to be patient with themselves. I understand that growth takes time, and I don't rush to provide instant solutions. Instead, I listen and try to understand my clients' experiences, guiding and supporting them as they make changes. I encourage clients to evaluate how they have overcome challenging situations in the past and help them recognize and utilize their strengths through self-affirming interventions. I examine and help clients to control negative thought patterns that contribute to unwanted physiological responses. Clients learn to self-regulate and reduce anxiety, depression, and many other mental health issues.
