Fees and Insurance

At Sound Mind Mental Health Counseling, we accept several insurance companies. We also provide service receipts for you to file with your insurance for reimbursement. Please call your insurance provider to determine if we are in-network with your insurance. They can provide information on your deductible and help you understand what you can expect to pay, if any, out-of-pocket per session.

• Most medical insurance covers the cost of counseling. Your co-pay will vary depending on your provider and plan.
• Private (self-pay) is available at a rate of $150 for the initial intake, $125 for each additional session, and $75 for group psychotherapy.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.​
